Car air quality inspection

Odor

Odor test is based on people's sense of smell and comfort. It can evaluate all the odors emitted by automobile interior decoration subjectively and directly reflect the advantages and disadvantages of automobile interior decoration.

  

Formaldehyde (aldosterone) test

The test of formaldehyde (aldehydes) simulates the volatilization of automobile interior decoration and materials under sunlight, and examines the advantages and disadvantages of automobile interior decoration by monitoring the volatilization gas.

 

Fogging test

Fogging test is to simulate the condensation phenomenon of volatile gases on the Windows or windshields of automobile interior decorations and materials under the sunlight by means of atomization tester.Through different ways to monitor the fog value of glass, examine the pros and cons of automotive interior trim


VOC of Sampling (Sampling bag test)

The auto interior parts were sealed in Tedlar sampling bag, filled with nitrogen of a fixed volume, heated at a specified temperature for a period of time, and then the benzene series materials were collected by TENAX tube and analyzed by the thermal desaturation temperature-coupled system (TD-GC/MS).Flavonoid was collected by DNPH tube and analyzed by liquid chromatography (LC DAD).


VOC of Material

Material VOC analysis is a temperature-related system that takes trace of automotive interior materials and places them in a clean empty glass tube.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile components by GC/MS.

TVOC

TVOC are organic compounds whose boiling point is 50 ~260 under normal pressure. The total carbon test analyzes the total amount of VOCs by gas chromatography nonpolar column, and evaluates the quality of components and materials that influence the air quality in the vehicle.
